60 minutes (approximately) per class

Somatic movements are slow, mindful movements that are (mostly) practiced while laying on the ground. This is to support your body to pandiculate: to contract, slowly lengthen and completely relax the muscles.

The main focus of my classes are to help you let go of any stress, anxiety and negativity you are holding. Whether it is tension in your physical body, an overactive mind or emotional disturbance, these classes will help you to reset back to your natural state of being.

  • Deepen body/mind awareness

You will be sent a video of each movement prior to the live class. Take a snapshot of the movement and save it in your inner visual memory (Look at it as many times as you need). The live classes use audio instruction only. This is because your practice is to go within and move out from an inner state of calm.
