Introduction
Welcome to Kerina Collins (T/A) Sai Shakti Healing Ireland (SSHI) ("we," "us," or "our") website. By accessing our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Sai Shakti Healing Ireland offers healing sessions, courses, workshops, and educational content focused on spiritual and energy healing practices. The information provided on our website and during sessions is for educational purposes and does not constitute medical, legal, or professional advice.
Cancellation Policy
Advance Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost.
No Shows: Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged the full session fee.
Exceptions: Under exceptional circumstances (e.g. close family bereavement) a rescheduled appointment will be offered in Connemara in the case of Holy Womb Chakra transmissions.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
9 Holy Womb Chakra transmission series includes a NON-REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE deposit of €300.
The booking fees for all in-person courses, workshops and events are NON-REFUNDABLE and EXCHANGEABLE. If you drop out during the course or workshop you may only be refunded for the remaining time (excluding the booking fee).
Online courses are paid in full in advance and are NON-REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE.

If you have any pre-existing injuries or physical conditions, please seek advice from a reputable healthcare professional to validate if you are eligible to attend class. You are repsonsible to guarantee your body is in appropriate condition to attend. We are not responsible if you misrepresent yourself in anyway relating to your physical and mental health.
*By participating in Sai Shakti Healing, 9 Holy Womb Chakra Transmission Series, and Decharging techniques, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own health and wellbeing. These spiritual and energetic practices are intended to support your personal growth and healing. However, it is essential that you approach these practices with mindfulness and self-awareness.
Outcome Not Guaranteed: Sai Shakti Healing/9 Holy Womb Chakra transmission series are spiritual processes. Although mircale healings do occur, it is impossible to guarantee particular outcomes in individual cases as each persons soul journey is unique. Somatic Movement and De-charging techniques also do not gurantee any particular outcome. Experiences vary from person to person.
